What I believe
The values that guide my practice
01
Honesty over comfort
I won't tell you what you want to hear if it isn't true. Genuine change requires honest reflection — and I think most people, when they feel truly safe, want that more than reassurance.
02
Pace belongs to you
here is no timeline therapy is supposed to follow. Some people move quickly; others need more time. Both are completely valid. My role is to follow your lead, not impose a schedule.
03
The relationship is the work
Techniques and methods matter — but the quality of what happens between us in the room is where most of the real change takes place. I take that seriously.
04
You are not your diagnosis
Labels can be useful — they help us name experiences and access support. But they can also reduce people to their symptoms. I am always more interested in the person than the diagnosis.
05
Therapy should be accessible
A limited number of reduced-fee spots are always held for clients who couldn't otherwise access private therapy. If cost is a barrier, please say so — there is no shame in it.
